I honestly don't know. I've never seen a technical issue like this at all.
I mean, I could perhaps try to re-create the tournament for myself and try to upload it; but that would deprive you of being the tournament's owner, especially if you were to attempt getting the host badge.
If Neal isn't as busy, I could try to get ahold of him. But for now, I've got nothing. x_x;

Um, I can't upload the results for you since as I visit your tournament page, it's not giving me the option to process results. I'm honestly not sure if it's something on your side or it's the site... though, perhaps we can try this. Have you tried making a new tournament page and uploading it from there?
