Don't follow Peach in the air, keep your distance, and try your best to punish her for turnip use NEAR you. If you can't get near her, you can try throwing tires or your bike (BETTER) at her while she's floating like a ditz. (throw bike down or foward for approach, up for defense) DO. NOT. GET. GRABBED. and finally, if you get caught in her dair combo, try to DI up and away from her direction she is moving.
As for ROB, punish his spam. Don't let him get an nair on you, try utilizing your aerial prowess when he approaches you in the air. If you can, try to land farts on him for kills because of his insane predictability with the nair.
