All is Brawl Terms of Service agreement

Upon accessing or using in any way, shape, or form our web site at allisbrawl.com and or Tio Tournament Organizer you (the "User") signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound without limitation by these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement").

Allisbrawl LLC reserves the right to modify, change, add, impose new conditions, delete existing conditions, or amend the Terms of Use Agreement. All such changes or modifications shall be effective at once and immediately upon notice thereof. Notice may be given via release on the forum or anywhere thereof on allisbrawl.com, by email, and or an updated Terms of Use Agreement page but is not limited to such. You assume full responsibility to check and review the Terms of Use page to determine if there has been changes. Any use hereafter such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use Agreement.

Allisbrawl LLC reserves the right to, but is not obligated to, restrict, suspend, change, or terminate your access to any or all parts of our services and website. In addition you consent that any content you submit or any services used may be monitored, removed, edited, and or deleted. We reserve the right to alter, change, or remove any part of our website or services. You agree that we will not be held liable to any party for the aforementioned actions.

You understand that with the exception of tournament listings and the Tio Tournament Organizer software the Service and the Site are available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Allisbrawl LLC reserves the right to charge for any of its offered services or content.

By displaying, submitting, posting, listing, or publishing any materials or content on or through Allisbrawl.com, its services, or Tio Tournament Organizer you grant a full non-exclusive irrevocable royalty-free license to use, display (publicly or otherwise), modify, reproduce, distribute, incorporate into, edit, translate, transfer, and sub-license in part or whole such material or content. Upon doing so you assume sole liability for any copyright infringement and any resulting damages from displaying, submitting, posting, listing, or publishing such materials or content.

All such arbitration shall take place on an individual basis and shall be conducted in Detroit, Michigan. In addition preliminary and or post arbitration compensation may be sought in regards to any action taken to protect the rights, property, or enforcement of these Terms of Use.


Conduct

You may not post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, threatening, slanderous, obscene, abusive, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind. This includes without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, give rise to a criminal offense, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international laws or make available content that would provide instructions for such.

You shall not upload, post, submit or otherwise make available on allisbrawl.com any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. All burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with you. You agree to register for only one user account, not register for a user account on behalf of someone other than yourself, nor impersonate any person/entity. You agree to not falsely represent yourself in manner than can be construed as such.
