-The following ability is banned:
Moody/Inconsistent(Ability)
-Clauses when challenging:
Sleep Clause- Putting more than 1 Pokemon asleep using moves such as Spore, Hypnosis, etc. (If a Pokemon uses Rest, and then switches out, you can put another Pokemon asleep)
Freeze Clause- No two Pokemon can be frozen at the same time.
Species Clause- No using 2 of the same Pokemon species.
Self-KO Clause- No using Explosion or Selfdestruct when each side of the battle has 1 Pokemon remaining.
Evasion Clause- Moves that will change the Evasion of any Pokemon are banned. (Double Team, Minimize, etc.) - This does not include Snow Cloak/Sand Veil, even if it is paired up with BrightPowder.
Pokemon cannot be used at unobtainable levels (ie: Lv 1 Probopass, Lv 3 Donphan).
Pokemon cannot have incompatible Dream World Ability + Egg Move combinations (the most prevalent example being SB Baton Pass Blaziken).When challenging your opponent, these clauses MUST, I repeat, MUST be checked.
Disallow Specs does not have to be on, but if you are still in the tournament, you can and will be dq'd for watching other battles. First offense is a warning. Second is a dq. No exceptions.
Additional Note(s):
-Latios and Latias ARE Uber if they are holding the following item: Soul Dew
If they are not holding Soul Dew, they are legal in these tournaments.
-Evasion and Accuracy are 2 different stats. Evasion Clause ONLY disallows evasion affecting moves. So moves that reflect off accuracy such as Flash, and Sand Attack, are allowed. So keep this in mind.
-Leaking information about someone's team is an automatic disqualification from the tournament. If you do it, you will be disqualified. No exceptions.
