This tournament is for Lucas and Ness mains. Who doesn't love The Ultimate Chimera? ( Tournament starts at 6:00 Central) Yes, I'm doing this again. Sorry if I wasn't there last time. I had a suprise party which, of course, was a suprise, and I forgot about the tournament. :/ I hope you had fun last tournament, though, and I hope I can join this one!
Rules
1. Stock:3
2. Time: 8 minutes
3. Lucas or Ness only! If you use any other character, It'll count as a loss.
4. The sets will be best out of 3. For finals, best out of 5.
5. There will be sudden death.
6. Any techniques are allowed.
7. Items are not allowed! They will be set to none and off.
8. If a player quits in the middle of the match will result as a forfeit. If a player is disconnected from a match, they have 2 minutes to get back on or else it will result as a forfeit.
9. If there is any hacking of sort, you will be out of the bracket.
10. This is a double elimination tourny, that means you have two chances before you're out.
11. If you show up late, you won't be able to play in the tournament. Sorry.

Stage Rules
1. Both players can choose any neutral stage of their choice for the first match of a set.
2. The first match of a set must be played on a neutral stage! If not, the player who chose the illegal stage will have an automatic loss.
3. The loser of a match is allowed to counterpick any stage that isn't banned. The match will be played on the stage chosen by the loser.
4. All hacked levels are banned. The player who chose the illegal stage will be disqualified.
