Since Atire obviously doesn't appreciate newbies (is there even such a thing as a newbie on All is Brawl?) by not showing up to his own "Newbie Appreciation Tourney", I decided to make my own. icon_wink

This is a tourney for people who have 3 medals or less. You can also only have no more than ONE 1st place medal. You can have three 2nd place, but no more than one 1st.
