No techniques are banned.

Sudden deaths will not be played. Instead the person with the greater stock will win and if the stocks are the same, the person with the least percent will win. If both stocks and percents are the same, do a 1 stock match on a random map.

If someone suicide kills and it is a sudden death, the person with the lowest percent wins, if the person that suicided wins, they win and no johns.
