rules: you can only use shine to kill the opponent. you can use any move to recover, but can't have the intention of hitting the opponent with the move. if you do hit the opponent while trying to recover, and it was clearly on accident, then that's okay. you're allowed to edge hog with invincibility frames to kill the opponent. you can shine the opponent to interupt their recovery.
